All Services are scheduled and conducted via Internet (Skype). Upon purchase, confirmation and scheduling are done either via phone or email. You can use the form provided on the Contact Me page to do so. I also offer the option of having your Skype Sessions recorded for your use only. This is a value-added tool, especially for students with Audio Processing Delay, as the sessions can be replayed over and over to ensure all material is understood. For this additional support tool, there is a consent form to allow me to record the Skype session and send the file to you.
